A picket line would be a good idea, probably at the mall rather than at City Hall.

If you dropped a dime to the various media you could easily get on the evening news and possibly even get some write ups in the Marietta Daily Journal.

You should get a planning committee set up to get people contacted for a firm date, couple hours on a Saturday would be good, maybe even every Saturday.

An Organizational Meeting Held

On Friday the 13th some of the SS residents met and went over what would be done in the future regarding efforts to make sure that the City did not let this issue drop into a crack.

Several things were set in motion with drafting of various items which will surface later.

It was agreed that it would be important to bring new people into the effort and to keep those concerned, not only in SS but in SB and Mack Dobbs going to the City meetings.

Comments were made that the Council was 'on the fence' on the matter and all were entirely disappointed that the Council had not taken a position on the Pawn Shop matter.
